Thank you so much for being a Barbara customer! As all our pieces are made to order we are unable to provide a refund if you change your mind or if the item does not fit.
Please refer to our sizing chart to match yourself to the correct size or you can also leave your custom measurements at the checkout. We are here to answer any of your queries; just email us as barbarahotline@gmail.com
We do accept alterations at an extra cost if the fit is not how you would like it. Just drop us an email at barbarahotline@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and a returns address will be provided to you. The item must be posted back with a tracked service and the return postage as well as the postage back to the customer should be paid for by the customer.
